In 2006 we added Chinese brand GONOW to our fleet. GONOW is
the one of the largest pick up manufacturer of china. Soon
GONOW pick –ups become most wanted Chinese Pick-Up in the

Al Dabbous International Company's new state of art Showroom
is located at prestigious Free Trade Zone. ADIC is the first
Automobile Company in Kuwait who opened fully equipped one
stop car center boasting a Show room, Service centre, Parts
centre, as well as quick service centre in Free Trade Zone.
New Showroom got 3200 square meters of area to exhibit more
than 30 cars and give our customers the opportunity to enjoy
browsing and shopping for favorite models in high-tech yet
pleasant atmosphere.
ADIC owns two fully equipped modern car service centers,
total area of 11650 square meters which can accommodate
total 80 cars.
Service centre got all modern facilities such as paint
booth, body shop. Engine and aggregates repair room,
Electrical room, vehicle inspection room, and all modern
diagnosis equipments like engine scanners and analyzers,
Computerized Wheel aligners and tire balancers. Engine oil
changing equipment, number of 2 post hydraulic jacks, air
compressors complete car repair tool trolleys Etc…
Service centers are designed such a way to ensure maximum
efficiency by shortening line flow and avoided unnecessary
movements and no waiting for spare parts or tools.
Added to that, ADIC maintain Mobile work unit (Car) to serve
the customer in emergency and breakdown events. Customers
can avail ADIC help line and services around the clock
(24/7,365 days).
Also ADIC maintain a 10 bay QUICK SERVICE CENTER to serve
more customers and faster
A full team of experienced Service Advisors, Customer
relation Officer, Service quality controller, Trouble
shooter, mechanics and electricians are appointed to further
nourish the service.
Spare parts warehouse is adjacent to the garage with a
reception area equipped with computer terminals for quickly
locating spare parts and serving the customer better.

headed by well qualified Service manager.
